Use of service

You agree to use the platform for lawful, educational purposes. You must comply with applicable laws, respect others, and avoid any action that could disrupt the platform or compromise security.

Use resources for personal, non-commercial learning unless otherwise authorized.
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our systems.
Do not misuse support channels or automate access without permission.

Accounts

Parents or guardians manage accounts for learners and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining accurate information.

Minimum age requirements follow local regulations; parental consent is required for minors.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspected breach.
We may suspend accounts for policy violations or security reasons.

Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase. Local taxes may apply. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Billing cycles and renewal terms are disclosed during checkout.
Refunds follow our refund policy, where applicable by law.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.

Content and conduct

Be respectful. No harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Follow class rules and community guidelines when participating in sessions, forums, or projects.

Do not share content that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
Report abusive behavior using in-platform tools or contact us.
We may remove content or restrict access if policies are violated.

Liability

The service is provided as-is with reasonable care. Limits apply as permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted, we exclude indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy

We collect and use information to operate and improve the platform, personalize learning, and ensure safety. We limit data collection for children and rely on parental consent where required.

We apply data minimization, encryption, and access controls.
Parents can access, correct, or request deletion of child data as permitted.
Cookie preferences can be managed via the Cookies panel on this page.

Intellectual property

Course materials, software, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.

Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content without permission.
You retain rights to original work you create; grant us a license to display it in-class.
Report suspected infringement to the contact listed below.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to safety, security, or operations. You may terminate at any time by closing your account; certain obligations survive termination.

Outstanding fees remain payable.
Licenses to your submitted content may continue where necessary for course records.
Some provisions (e.g., IP, disputes, limitations) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence or, if you are a business, by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be handled through a competent court or arbitration where required by law.

Class action waivers may apply where permitted.
Some consumer rights cannot be waived under local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, features, or practices. We will post updates here and, when material, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
